I am currently looking into Jamf cloud and wanted to see if anyone knew if AWS Direct Connect would be a supported network connection from my environment to the Jamf cloud? Anybody have any experience with this?
I believe the answer is no; it's my understanding that the JAMF Cloud instances are hosted by JAMF in an AWS account controlled by JAMF. AWS Direct Connect is peered with your VPCs in your AWS account, and so there would be no way to get to the AWS account where JAMF is hosting your cloud instances without intervention from their end.
