Hello all , another jnuc in the books and I'm wondering what method some of you use for releasing OSX to your production users
My current situation is that 10.11 due to enabling SIP has caused some major production apps like Final Cut Server and terrablock manager to "break" when it installs. I have about 5 test users from various departments standing by to test new OSX versions however I'd like to hear on what practices you use to make an OSX version supported in your environment. At the moment the plan is. To use carbon copy cloner to clone the test users 10.10 drives via block copy to an external hard drive and then upgrade them to 10.11 and roll them back to the clone if needed. We are trying to develop an SOP for now and the future for dealing with yearly OSX releases.
