Block file sharing in Microsoft RDP (Windows App)

Is there any way to block file sharing from mac to remote system via microsoft RDP?

I don't think you can set managed preferences for the Windows.app (formerly called Remote Desktop) on macOS. The App publisher has to create the keys for you to be able to manage them with a Configuration Profile, MDM can only use what the developer creates. I suggest opening a ticket with Microsoft.
