Block install of Keynote, Numbers, and Pages

I'm looking for a way to not have Keynote, Numbers, and Pages install on enrollment. Is there a way to do this? Or do I just have to remove them afterward?

They are not automatically installed if you reinstall macOS, only the initial load on new devices. For new devices, you must go back and remove them.
