Blocked in limited access

Hi everyone
The previous administrator has blocked all access's has to jamf pro web interface by applying "limited access to all servers".

Am new in jamf environment, and now, am supposed to manage it.

So my question, is the any solution to disable the limited access, to be able to administer the jamf instance?

Looks like the answer is marked solved in this thread:

Stop Tomcat Log in to MySQL: mysql -u root -p

Choose database: use jamfsoftware;

Check the limited access settings: select address, access_mode from limited_access_mode_settings;

Change flag from 1 to 0 to disable limited access: (serverIP will be address listed in point 4) update limited_access_mode_settings set access_mode = 0 where address ='serverIP';

Start Tomcat You should now be able to log in to our JSS.

If that doesn't work, or if you're not comfortable with sql command line, I'd reach out to your Jamf buddy to set up a remote support session.

Since you're taking over the environment, you may need to get the credentials from your DataBase.xml file
Database creds are found in (path to jss install)…/ROOT/WEB-INF/xml/DataBase.xml
