Hi all JNers!

I am not sure how many of you are based in sunny Brisvegas. I know there are installs at the major Unis, and a couple of head offices here. It would be great to form some sort of local brainshare.

I am bouncing the idea around with a couple of like minded chaps. Somewhere we can get together, present stuff we are cooking up and share ideas with like minded futuretechnolonerds.

We've tentatively got a really cool inner city location we can use. A bi-month / quarterly get together over peetzaars and hopped beverages. I am pretty sure with some local connections we could get some industry types to show off the latest toys as well once we are established.

That's 3 more people than I expected. I doubt anything will happen by the end of the year, but it's good to know there is some interest. Stay tuned.

Interested parties.. please sign up to the groupspaces page, it will be easier to communicate on there... or if you have a better suggestion ( meetup.com isn't free ).

I'd like to try to arrange a date before Christmas if we can find a suitable one. Maybe next Sat ? (29th).
