I ran into a frustrating issue today. I was implementing some of the ideas from this post: https://www.jamf.com/jamf-nation/discussions/15022/remote-support-self-service-tool-for-users-off-of-the-corporate-network
And I'd modified that script, then copied it into my JSS database, with the name "VNC/SSH Tunnelling". JSS accepted this name, however, it turns out that with that forward-slash in the name, the script simply fails to run. JSS shouldn't allow me to name scripts in ways that cause them to fail silently.
