Bulk eBook Catalog import?

Is there a way to do a bulk import to he eBook catalog? I have a long list of eBooks entries to update or create and rescope. I'd love to be able to format a csv file with all of the fields and scoping information and import it.

Ditto—we'd love this for both eBooks and for Apps Store apps.

I just made a feature request:

But in case it doesn't get implemented, I did figure out a partial work around using Sequel Pro. I was able to at least import my book list. I had to do the scoping by hand, which still took several hours.
