We have many ipads that were originally configured with a proxy enabled for WiFi. We have since removed the proxy settings from our WiFi configuration profile, but the proxy is not being disabled on the ipads.
I have tried creating a new WiFi configuration profile, scoped it out, and then removed the old profile. But the proxy setting is still enabled.
So far, the only way I have been able to remove the proxy is either to do it manually or to reset network settings on the ipad. These solutions aren't really viable though since we have about 600 ipads deployed.
Any idea why this is happening? Any suggestions?
