Can't upload icons for mobile webclips

I am trying to upload icons that I made for a few of my mobile webclips. I have tried both .jpeg and .png files and get a Unable to load image. Null error. I have also got a -4 instead of the null a few times. Is there something I am doing wrong when trying to upload these images? What is the proper file type and size that these icons are supposed to be?

One thing that usually causes issues is max packet size for the database. I'd check that on the server hosting your JSS. It can be updated using the JSS Database Utility located in /Library/JSS/bin on a Mac, C:Program FilesJSSin on Windows, or /usr/local/jss/bin on Linux. Click "Utilities" in the menu bar and "Change MySQL Settings". Bump that up to allow for the size of the icon you are trying to upload.
