Hey,

Has anyone out there updated to the latest version of Casper and tried to send down VPP invites??

The situation I'm in is I'm actually blocking the App Store purchases. In 9.62 I cannot send a VPP invite to an iOS 8 device that has the App Store profile restriction.

I'm curious if anyone has tested the waters and had success with this in the latest version....

Yes it works. The downside is that if they cancel the invite the app store stays available for 10 minutes. I supposed that is so that if they need to create an apple id they can do that and not have the app store disappear on them when they cancel out. It's a small window for them to install whatever they want but the benefits of having 300+ kids accept the vpp invite on the iPad and not on a computer is worth it to me.

Not even close. A few test iPad's and a couple new students so maybe 5 total. We won't have to use it again large scale until the start of the next school year. I did have a little trouble getting it to open the app store with the self service web clip vpp invite but it worked great from the prompt.
