Casper 9 Quickadd package not installing from CLI

Have an issue that i've run into, just wanting to see if anyone else has the same issue.
Using Casper 9.11.
try to enroll a machine using a quickadd package created with recon
trying to install the package using installer -pkg QuickAdd.pkg -target /
(gatekeeper is turned off on the target system)
this fails everytime with the failed to enroll MDM blah blah
However if i run the installer as a local admin account by simply double clicking it then it installs and enrolls everytime.

anyone else have this problem?

    We're seeing this, too. Running 'sudo installer -pkg <pkg> -target /' in a LaunchDaemon script we get:

    installer: Package name is QuickAdd
    installer: Installing at base path /
    installer: The install failed (The following installation step failed: run postflight script for QuickAdd. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.)

    When the next step in the script runs anything like jamf recon, we get:

    Device Signature Error - A valid device signature is required to perform the action.

    But if I log in as a user and run the exact same command with the same installer through Terminal, everything is good.

    We tried looping through the installer up to three times upon failing. It works sometimes. But other times we get stuck. The installer just hangs indefinitely at the "Assembling temporary receipt" stage.
