Has anyone had problems with Casper Focus taking several minutes to load? Our teachers will stop using it if it takes this long to load and will miss out on a potentially great tool.

We are seeing the same thing. What version of the JSS are you running? We're on 9.6.
Same here. 9.6 on win 2008r2. We have 328 classes in casper. Each teacher has around 5-6. The app crashes a lot as well.
We recently updated from 9.52 to 9.61 on a Windows 2008R2 server, but are still seeing this behavior.
