My JSS is currently on 9.62.
For Casper Remote privileges - I have all boxes checked except Screen Share with Remote Computers Without Asking. This is key as users must be prompted when remote control occurs.
With this setup, anytime I launch Casper Remote I get the following: This account does not have privileges in the JSS to use Casper Remote.
Casper Remote works fine if I have both Screen Share check boxes checked, but then users aren't prompted with screen sharing.
Any thoughts?
