Unable to use Casper Remote 7.21 to control desktops. It starts the VNC
server then the connect becomes closed. Has anyone else run into this issue
with the VNC on casper remote?

Thanks for you time,

Jon Yung

Is there a way to hide Apps that are on the JSS from Casper Remote? There are configs and installers that are only used during installation that really don't need to be in Remote.

Thanks
Allen

I don't believe you can do this... Nice feature request though. We have
some packages both in DMG form for imaging because they work that way after
imaging and makes the process faster vs. needing to install the pkg after
boot (thanks sophos), and then have pkg's we install using remote because
they kill the services, do the install and restart the services, which is
nice...

Feature request! A 'hide from remote' or 'show in Casper Imaging Only'
check box!

In my opinion, this should be part of a bigger overhaul in the organization of the JSS and Casper Suite. I recently posted my thoughts on such an overhaul; let me see if I can find the link...

Ah, here it is:

Hey,
Does anyone have any suggestions,

When trying to push a application via Casper Remote, get this message, Error: The downloaded package could not be verified.
Followed steps in article #200 and it worked fine. Using Casper 8.3.1
Thanks,

Eric
