Casper Suite no longer able to verify server via certificate

I can connect both internally and externally to my JSS @ https://myjss.acme.org:8443
In the system settings of JSS my Tomcat settings show the SSL Cert installed and valid through to 09/09/2015.

Whenever I try to run any Casper Suite on imaged machine they return

Cannot verify the identity of the server at "https"//myjss.acme.org:8443//casper.xml"

However, I've tried on a couple of OEM/vanilla Macs and casper Suite works fine. So on Macbook_1 which has been imaged through target mode I can hit https://myjss.acme.org:8443 no problem but the Suite won't verify.

Checked the keychain and the GoDaddy Roots are fine.
