Change default Shell for a user account in macOS Big Sur

Hi all,

I would like to change the default shell for a user account, from zsh to bash. Any idea or command on how to do it? My Mac is running on macOS Big Sur.

I know this is for Catalina, but I'm 99% sure they still work in Big Sur.
