Change the Apple ID associated with VPP?

If a user accepts a VPP invitation and then realizes they were signed into an Apple ID they didn't want to use with the VPP store is there a way to remove that VPP invitation/association and re-invite them to use a different Apple ID?

    Whenever I run into this issue, I just delete the user and re-add them. Then I can send them a new invite.

    This works for me until the Feature Request @cbrewer linked to
