Changing "allow devices to connect to osx computers" setting after DEP enroll

Is there a way - without wiping/re-enrolling - to change the settings to allow mobile devices to connect to OS X computers after those devices have already been DEP enrolled with that setting left unchecked (and thus disallowing connections to OS X)?
