Hello everyone! This is my first post, so hopefully I am posting this question in the right area. Anyways, I was trying to automate a system refresh for a group of Mini's, but am stuck on one part of the tasks that needs to be implemented. While I have a policy that successfully sets up the email account that is needed, I need to also check the "Use classic layout" under Mail > Preferences > Viewing in Apple Mail. Does anyone know if this is possible to automate via a script, or even some kind of policy? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

These are all on macOS 10.14.6.

Hi,
maybe it would be possible to configure the mail.app with all needed options on a computer and make a dmg-package with the jamf composer. The dmg should be activated at "fill user templates" and / or "fill existing user homes".

Thanks for the response! I can give that a try, I was worried that MacOS does not do this at an application level, and instead uses something like a plist.
