Chrome App Launcher

I have a student is going crazy with this app. Anyone have a pathway I could use? Trying to block this before other kids get it as well.

We have students downloading games from the chrome store and playing them through the chrome launcher. Need to block the launcher.

Anything happen with this? Ive got a few that are running Chrome Apps Launcher from their computers- would like to block/stop this.
