Chrome Predictive complete

My end user noticed the option to type part of a URL or term doesn't function after I configured Chrome as she requested.  Either I'm enforcing something that disables it or I have to enable a key, but can't find what it's called in the Enterprise documentation.

Found it by mistake...  Thought I was disabling auto fill for any form ... but you need <key>AutofillAddressEnabled</key>
<true/> for it to work. I had it improperly set to false

Although we chatted on Slack, I will post a response here as well.
This setting is more than likely the culprit.

	<key>DefaultSearchProviderEnabled</key>
	<false/>
