Cisco Any connect VPN asking for System preference setting

I had created the cisco anyconnect VPN by using the composer and we are able to push it through the Policy in Server. But when we are opening the Cisco VPN client it's asking for system preference setting to allow the extension as stardard user point of view they don't have admin right and they are unable do to the changes. Please provide me solution to allow this through Kext in configure policy in Server.
