Cisco AnyConnect DNS error on startup

We use Cisco Any Connect with an always On setup.
So once a user is booting up there mac till the time they are not connected to VPN they don't have network access. Once VPn is connected they get access to the network.
And every time a user is booting up the mac they is a DNS resolution failure message that we see with Cisco Anyconnect VPN. And then Cisco VPN waits for 2 minutes before starting the connection attempt again and it connects immediately.
That total of 3-4 minutes of time is what I am trying to solve.
Is there a way for us to start the network stack or resolve DNS before the cisco Anyconnect starts the connection attempt so that we have a clean connection every time the user is getting starting up the mac.

This Does not happen when you resume the mac from Sleep it connects immediately.

Did you ever have any traction on a fix for this?

Hi Daniel

No, i was not able to find the solution till now. The only thing that I have noticed is we don't see this happening on the Wired network when connected at home .

So am guessing there is something that might need to look on the wifi side.

Planning to open a ticket with Apple to see what can be done on this case.
