We have just started using JAMF and have not yet done the Jumpstart but I would really like to figure out how to create an image of one of my Mac Books and deploy it to other Mac books. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All of that is covered in the Administrator's Guide. The quick start is a great place to start too.

I believe there are also some video's on the JAMF site or YouTube channel that cover some of these things.
