I've customized a mac image and now I'm in the middle of capturing that image from composer. The issue i'm having is, I don't know which partitions to choose. I see Macintosh HD, Recovery HD and Boot OS X. I can only select two out of three. Thank you in advance. The is for 10.11

This will save you more time and hassle than you realize.

@NGKF You could just select the Macintosh HD volume alone if you don't need the recovery partition. Otherwise you should select Macintosh HD and Recovery HD. But I would second what @joecurrin stated, you would be much happier if you used AutoDMG to create a never booted base OS. It will give you the recovery partition without any extra work.

monolithic images are bad mmmkay

autoDMG for base images, everything else via scripts/packages

faster to update individual apps/settings, easily repeatable, easily audited

@NGKF If you truly need a monolithic image, you'll probably want to rebuild it on a standard drive (not Fusion). What you are seeing here is a list of partitions that Core Storage uses to make a hybrid drive. Composer wasn't really intended for hybrid drives, so unpredictable results are likely.
