The Networking team updated the WIFI Configuration profile yesterday which is set to install on "All Mobile Devices: under Scope. I see that it has failed to install on a few iPads. If I Cancel all failed commands, will the profile try to install again on it's own?

Mobile Devices - Search - Cancel Management Commands - Cancel All Failed Commands
