Configuration password needed for update jamf server

Hello to the community,
first, I wish you all a good and healthy new year 2021 :-)
Here is my question:
We had to restore our virtual jamf server from a backup, because the update to jamf 10.26.1 failed. After the failed update the server was no longer reachable. (Before the update, I saved the server.xml and the web.xml, but the restore of the two files did not help).
Now, a "configuration password" is needed to do the update to jamf 10.26.1.
All passwords, I know do not work.
Is there anyone, who can give me a hint, how to be able to solve this issue ?

Hi everyone, I'd like to ask to the community, again. Is there anyone having the same issue as I?

@NOVELLUS This is really something you'd need to contact Jamf Support for help with. Hopefully you have a database backup made before your attempted update as once you'll need to revert the database as well as the .xml files
