Is there a way to know which config profile settings will work in what OS version?
I setup a profile to disable mass storage devices and on my 10.8 box it came down right after a reboot and was fine. I tried to add a 10.7 box and it wasn't listed under the "add individual machines" under scope. So i created a smart group with it and added the smart group instead.
It's been about 10min and a reboot since then and it's still now showing under Profiles.
