Content Caching Issues

We are having trouble with our content caching servers. Running on Catalina. I see caching activity, but managed iOS devices are stalling. When I look at the logs I see:

Failed with status code 400, reason code 66

Scheme=https denied because the source is not whitelisted

Any ideas?
