Create Smart Computer Group for Adobe Flash Player Desktop Runtime with a specific version

How do I create a Smart Computer Group that will give me a list of all the systems that:

• Have the Adobe Flash Player Desktop Runtime application installed and
• With version: 32.0.0.433 and earlier

You may be able to target / check for the Adobe Flash Manager app in the utilities folder, and do believe it has the same version number as the flash plugin.

Is using Jamf’s Patch Management for Flash not a good fit?
