Crowdstrike Configuration policy keeps self deleting

I created a config profile for approved kext for crowdstrike, but after installing the profile and verifying that Crowdstrike runs properly, a few days after, the configuration profile will get deleted and macos would ask me to enable it in system preferences, which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place. Has anyone run into issues where the config profile deleted itself? Thanks in advance

What's the scope of the Config Profile set to? Is it possible on the Mac(s) where it's being removed, it's because the Mac fell out of scope for the profile? This can happen in cases where you're using a Smart Group for the scope for example.
