Device based VPP App Install Prompting for Apple ID

Purchased an app via the VPP program, deployed today and immediately get prompted with the following screen. We've deployed thousands of copies of other apps previously successfully, first I've seen this. Can anyone advise? For reference the app is AutoMounter
