What is Sovereign Cloud in the Setting > Global > Device Compliant used for?
Is it just a text box that we enter anything or leave blank or the connection setting to ITunes

it's not a text box, you will have a drop-down with the Option of Global and US Government , Select Global as your Sovereign Cloud,
