I have 51 devices that won't check in out of 268 after the last update. I can manually connected to the machines and run jamf recon and it works but the check-in never completes. They also seem to not be getting policies either. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

@bbelew I believe we are seeing this too.

We had about 5% machines stop communicating properly when upgrading to 9.65. I'm sad to see if this continues to be an issue.

In our case, the fix was running a quickadd on them.

I think we've had better luck if we turn off tomcat on our DMZ and Internal JSS prior to upgrading. Though, I couldn't tell you if it was an imaginary improvement or a tangible one.

Same issues here.... even after an emergency downgrade to 9.7.3

Not a fix per-say but I imagine @rtrouton 's Casper Check solution would / should fix this:

Casper Check

This is a known issue at JAMF, and we are currently working on a solution - please see here: https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/discussion.html?id=16993#responseChild100074
