Hello all,
I am looking to lock down printing as a security compliance measure for all of our supported browsers.
I got Chrome going already but can't seem to find an easy way to put a config profile together for Firefox and Safari.
Any ideas or has any one been able to accomplish this before?

It does not appear Firefox allows you to manage printing beyond using Firefox's print dialog or MacOS's print dialog.

I would figure that Safari would use MacOS's printing controls. Your best option is probably to prevent users from connecting printers, which should also solve your issues with the other browsers.

Apple does not consider DLP as something that should be handled by MDM. I suggest looking in to Printing file monitoring tools if you need more robust options.

Thanks, AJ for that response. I pretty much exhausted any resources I could find on this topic as it does not seem that neither browser has any kind of related managed preferences listed to block printing.
I appreciate the help and insight there anyways!
