Would somebody be able to walk me through the process of creating a policy for Adding Dock Items for MS Office 2011 components, and removing the icons for Mail and System Preferences?
I've read that dockutil is useful in this area, but I'd really rather use the built-in JSS payloads if at all possible. I could use some guidance on trigger and execution frequency. I want to set up a standard Dock for each user when systems are first deployed, but users should be free to modify their Docks after that.
