I have a script for dockutil for when logging in to admin and put the following apps in the dock.
anyone who can help?
DOCKUTIL=/usr/local/bin/dockutil
$DOCKUTIL --remove all
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/AppCleaner.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Utilities/BatChmod.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Utilities/Carbon Copy Cloner.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Utilities/Composer.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Utilities/Recon.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Utilities/Console.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/GrandPerspective.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications/Self Service.app' --no-restart
$DOCKUTIL --add '/Applications' --no-restart

Dockutil should be run as the end-user, since it's their Dock in their home folder. Check out the answer in this thread:

I wrote this script to customize the dock on our various lab machines: https://github.com/jmahlman/uarts-scripts/blob/master/dockMaster.sh
It run's at login, you can also use outset for offline runs.
