Documentation, any tips or examples?

Just to be clear this is documentation for the end user, right? In that case, there's nothing anyone here will be able to provide as it's all going to be environment specific. I think the easiest way to start would be to open up a computer and go through the process yourself and start documenting every step you go through and the things that need to be done so that the end user is up and running.
