Having just upgraded the JSS server to version 10.7.1, noticed that when a new computer is enrolled, the email alert no longer includes the computer name of the newly enrolled computer, only the JSS ID associated with the record.

I started seeing this in the 10.7.0 beta and reported it via the beta feedback channel; it only happens with about half of our email notifications.
I'm in contact with a product engineer about this and supplied some more details/logs to him. I will point him towards this thread.
