Ending Appointments and Meetings Early in Outlook

Hello All,
Has anyone implemented this solution? Basically it ends a meeting 5 minutes early to give the conference rooms, etc for turnover. Here's the link with Windows specifics.

Looks like this option is not available for OSX.

does someone has a clue to do that ? We already have this Option for the Windows User but for mac User it doenst work
