Hi all, we recently had to throw our jamf onto a windows 2012 vm. The HD on our mac server was crashing. We were able to successfully transfer everything over. We have devices checking in. We have renewed our ssl certificate (built-in). We are experiencing a problem enrolling our ipads. Whether it is through dep or a manual enrollment we keep receiving a network error. "configuring ipad, Profile installation failed, a network error has occurred." We did not have this problem previously. There is no anti-virus or firewall on this new server. We are running 10.0.0. We have made a new pre stage enrollment for this particular ipad and wiped the ipad every time we try something new. Also have tried outside of the network. Anyone experience this problem? The time on the server and ipad is correct.

I know this is old, but we're experiencing same issue and wondering if there was a specific resolution discovered in this case?

Ended up resolving this via support ticket. Was the "simple" misconfig these lightly documented rare issues generally turn out to be.
Settings > Global Management > Jamf Pro URL > JAMF PRO URL FOR ENROLLMENT USING BUILT-IN SCEP AND IPCU
Removing the existing entry for that: https://<fqdn>:?9006? and then reattempting the typical self-enrollment process did the trick.
That's what did it for us anyway.
