Exchange Activesync profile having problems with the mail setting default account

We are experiencing a problem with the Default account setting on our new iPhones when they get the Exchange Activesync profile setup from JAMF.

If a user only has the work email configured it works because there is no option, but as soon as you add a second email account, that becomes the default account without having the option to change.

If you add a third account you then see the Default account setting a the bottom of the E-mail settings but the option for the JAMF Exchange profile is not shown, only the two other accounts are selectable

The user has to change the outgoing email address for each mail they want to send, which is really annoying.

I've searched on JAMF nation and on Apple forums but no one seem to have an answer to this problem.

We've tried reinstalling Exchange settings from self-service, restarting the phone, enable and disabling e-mail option for all accounts, re-adding the accounts in different orders.

What should we try next, any ideas?

Were having the same issue with all iPad/iphone users
