Exempting a Machine from Restricted Software

Hi All,

I have restricted Firefox across the board for all Mac's in the building
in order to make a config change to Firefox. Now, the problem that I'm
having is when I go back into the JSS and exempt certain machines from
being restricted, I still am unable to launch Firefox. This seems to be
an issue with only a few select machines. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks,

run this command to get a fresh copy of the frame work

sudo jamf manage

see if that does it after you exempt a machine
