We have multiple computers (all MacOS) on jamf pro that keep losing the filevault password. Sometimes randomly (at least it seems random) the computer won't be able to be unlocked by the filevault password and we'll have to go into the admin account and reset their password then have them login and then reset the computer to make sure it works on filevault. It's been getting so bad that it won't even let us change the password and we've had to delete and re-add users. This is happening to local users, not network users, and it's on a mix of Mojave and Catalina, but I think I've been noticing it more on the Catalina machines. Does anyone know the cause of this or have a fix for this?
