Hi all,
Curious if anyone has seen this with Jamf Pro 10.6.2 and 10.13.6 clients (APFS).
Jamf Pro is showing the machine having Filevault enabled, but it's not. Checking the client it's disabled, and checking under Management it's off, but looking at the machine under Inventory shows the drive as encrypted... clearly something is confused, and no amount of inventory updates seems to fix it.
I'll be updating to 10.7.1 this weekend, and hope that fixes it, but right now, I'm stumped.

These are not the brand new T2 Macs are they by chance?
There is an issue with these machines as they are encrypted but don’t have filevault enabled.
For these you can use an extension attribute to return different filevault criteria.

They are!!! That explains it. But also, super annoying.
So, I assume Jamf will need to alter the FileVault reporting to exclude those if FV isn’t enabled?
Have a good EA for FV status?
