Filevault2 Deferred Enablement Issue

Hello,

Issue: I have ran into an issue where not all devices are automatically running filevault disk encryption from policies on the JSS...it is intermittent. Some machines will take the policy without issue on 10.10.3 while others do not.

*Symptom:*
Filevault2 policy executes on user's machine. User is prompted to enable filevault upon logout [from JSS policy], user enters password and filevault throws an error saying that the user has deferred enablement active. User will keep getting message to enter password and it is thrown into a loop with no action being taken.

Has anyone else ran into this issue on 10.10.3?

Do these machines that are not enabling have Recovery Partitions?
