Ok... We have been working on creating a Flash 9 Universal Binary package
from Adobe. I have manually created the package as well as used Casper's
pre-built packages but users still get prompted to install Flash 9 while
browsing. I have manually verified that the files install properly, had the
user restart, and even tested it in admin.
I am wondering what everyone else has done with Flash Player 9 to get it
working....

We have the same problem with our MCX clients. It seems that even though it is installed they still get prompted to install it on some web sites. I have noticed if you ignore the notice and keep browsing and drilling through the links on the site, the site still works.
The weird thing is, that if I browse the same website on a non managed local account on that same machine it works fine. I think this is an issue with the Apple side and managed accounts.
Do you get the same results if browsing the site as a local admin?

Have you checked the Adobe installer logs to make sure it is installing
correctly? /Library/Logs/Adobe
