Force sync Desktop and Documents to Onedrive

Hello,

I am desperately looking for a way to force sync the Desktop and Documents folders from all of my users laptops to their personal OneDrive folders. I know this can be achieved in Windows 10 but I have so far been unable to find a way to do it on Mac. Any help would be highly appreciated.
