Forcing UTF-8 on Windows Server

For those of you running your JSS on Tomcat in Windows Server and having weird XML or special character issues, such as xmlpath or xmllint choking, try the following:

Edit:

C:Program FilesJSSTomcatincatalina.bat

Add the line:

set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Dfile.encoding=UTF8
